When field service helps
When needed, we combine workshop repair with on-field diagnostics to observe the device in the real installation. We can also provide temporary loan units to keep production running.
How the repair request works
1) Register
Register the repair using the online form and ship the device to us.
2) Diagnosis + quotation
We diagnose the fault and send a quotation before any cost-intensive work.
3) Repair + test + return
After approval we repair, test and ship the unit back with warranty.
Service coverage & coordination
Multi-brand, legacy included
We support both current products and legacy/obsolete models that are hard to obtain from OEMs.

Start a repair request?
You can do this below. First, take 2 minutes to explore the following content:
When to choose repair vs. replacement
Choose repair when
- The part is obsolete/legacy and hard to source quickly.
- You want root-cause insights to prevent repeat failures.
- You need a traceable, report-backed intervention with warranty.
- The machine environment is harsh and stress testing matters.
Consider replacement when
- You need immediate uptime and an exchange unit is available.
- A retrofit is planned and compatibility matters (firmware/variants).
- You prefer new/refurbished supply with confirmed lead time.
We supply new, refurbished and exchange units where this reduces lead time and cost.
What you receive
Traceability
Each repaired unit receives a unique internal reference and a repair report.
Quality control
Every repaired device is tested before leaving the lab; burn-in testing can be offered when deeper verification is required.
Warranty
Warranty is provided; on your repair services page it is stated as a standard 6-month warranty.
Root-cause analysis
When the same failure repeats, RCA can identify the recurring weak point and provide findings to your maintenance team.
Industrial hardening
- Cleaning and/or re-coating PCBs (when appropriate)
- Replacing aging components proactively where needed
- Designing a dedicated QC/burn-in test setup (for recurring device families)
Shipping & packaging checklist (reduces damage + speeds diagnosis)
Before shipping
- Attach photos: label, connectors, PCB, display (if applicable).
- Write the Case ID on the unit and on the box (wizard generates it).
- Include symptoms + error codes + when it happens (cold start, under load, intermittent).
Packaging best practices (recommended)
- Use ESD protection (anti-static bag) for boards/modules.
- Use dense foam; prevent the unit from moving inside the box.
- Protect connectors and fragile front panels (HMI screens).
When on-field service is the better first step
Typical on-field cases
- Line down and remote support is not enough.
- Intermittent faults and sporadic stops.
- Parameter migration / firmware compatibility issues.
- Control cabinet-level troubleshooting (drive/PLC/HMI).
Coverage & typical response
On-field interventions are supported in Belgium, north of France, the Netherlands and western Germany. For most customers in Belgium you target 24–48h response depending on severity and availability.
Repair Request
It only takes 2–3 minutes. The more details you share, the faster we can diagnose and quote.
- 1. Identification
- 2. Symptoms
- 3. Logistics
Repair FAQ
Open a question to see the answer.
What types of equipment do you repair?
We repair industrial electronics and PCBs across brands, focusing on component-level repair and repeat-failure prevention where applicable.
Do you repair all brands (including legacy/obsolete models)?
We work at component level, so the brand itself is not a limiter. If you have documentation (manuals, wiring, pinouts), include it so we can test more effectively.
What happens after I submit a repair request?
We review the information, then proceed with analysis/diagnosis and follow up with the next steps (including a quotation) before cost-intensive work.
Is the analysis and quotation free?
For standard repairs, we typically work after a free analysis and quotation is provided. Urgent repairs are also available.
Do you offer urgent (expedited) repairs?
Yes. We offer both standard and urgent repair formulas with predefined conditions.
What testing do you perform after repair?
We perform quality control testing before a repaired unit leaves the lab. For deeper verification, burn-in testing can be provided based on customer-agreed metrics (heat/humidity/dust levels in a conditioned environment).
Do you provide a repair report or root-cause insights?
Yes—root cause analysis can be performed to identify recurring failure points, and reporting can include the defective parts/components found.
What warranty do you provide?
A standard 6-month warranty is offered on repairs.
What information should I include to speed things up?
Please include the full model code/part number and symptoms. Photos of labels and error codes help speed up diagnosis.
How do I track my case after submission?
You can follow up via the portal website (status, invoices, quotations), and there is also an app for real-time updates.
