  1. You register the repair using our online form and ship the device to us.
  2. We diagnose the fault and send you a quotation before any cost-intensive work.
  3. After your approval we repair, test and send the unit back with warranty.
On-field service – how it works
  1. You contact us with a short description of the fault and the affected line.
  2. We agree on a time window and send an engineer to your site.
  3. We troubleshoot on site and propose repair, replacement or temporary workarounds.
Sales – request & delivery
  1. You identify the device you need in our catalog or send us your part number.
  2. We confirm availability, condition (new/refurb) and price.
  3. After your PO we ship the device and provide support for installation when needed.
Purchase / surplus stock – workflow
  1. You send us a list or photos of your surplus devices.
  2. We evaluate and prepare a purchase offer.
  3. We organise pickup and payment when we reach an agreement.
